Refund Policy

At Mosa Designs, we aim to provide high-quality creative services and digital products. Due to the nature of our work, the following refund policy applies.

Digital Products

All digital products sold on this website, including but not limited to:

• Canva templates
• Downloadable graphics
• Marketing templates
• Digital assets

are non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will assist you.

Custom Design & Video Services

For custom services including:

• Graphic design
• Video editing
• Book cover design
• Marketing design services

a deposit or full payment may be required before work begins.

Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your booking and cover initial creative work.

Once a project has started, refunds will not be issued for completed work.

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to that point.

Damaged or Incorrect Files

If you receive a corrupted or incorrect file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will provide a corrected version.
