1. Services

We provide creative services including but not limited to:

• Graphic design
• Video editing and videography services
• Book cover design
• Digital products such as Canva templates and other downloadable assets

All services are subject to availability and may require consultation prior to commencement.

2. Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms are as follows:

• Full payment is required upfront for digital products.
• For custom design or video services, a deposit or full payment may be required before work begins.
• Final files will not be delivered until the full balance has been paid.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

3. Digital Products

Digital products such as Canva templates, graphics, and downloadable files are delivered electronically.

Upon purchase you will receive access to download the product or a link to access the files.

Due to the nature of digital products:

• All sales are final
• No refunds or exchanges are provided

4. Template Usage License

When purchasing Canva templates or other digital assets, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license.

You may:

• Use the templates to promote your own brand, business, or book
• Edit and customise the templates for your own use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the templates
• Claim the templates as your own design work
• Use the templates to create new products for resale

Violation of these terms may result in revoked access and potential legal action.

5. Custom Design Work

For custom projects such as graphic design, video editing, or book cover design:

• Project timelines will be discussed prior to commencement
• Revision limits may apply depending on the project scope
• Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees

We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our expertise or capacity.

6. Intellectual Property

All design work remains the intellectual property of Mosa Designs until full payment has been received.

Once paid in full, the client is granted the agreed usage rights for the final approved design.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide clear instructions and required materials for projects
• Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure they have the rights to any materials they provide (images, text, logos, etc.)

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information or delayed responses.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the time and creative effort involved in custom work and the nature of digital downloads:

• Deposits for custom services are non-refundable
• Completed services are non-refundable
• Digital products are non-refundable once purchased

9. Limitation of Liability

Mosa Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, templates, or website.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
